photo uploader not working

same problem here in Manitoba Canada....can't upload photos, can't save template, etc....started feb 21, worse today feb 22....crazy.

Issues like this have been posted about a lot lately and my opinion is that it is related to the Item Specific roll out scheduled for today (Feb 22).  I started having Template issues about 2 weeks ago ... can not Edit can not Create a new template.
