payment page not loading

The payment page is not loading - all I see is the shadow background but no content and nothing to select IS payment option. Just a ghost screen.

Any difference if you try another browser?

Or if you switch between ebay.com and ebay.ca?

thanks all - different browser worked from different computer - as did previous one after a few days - weird!
