There is nobody to talk to that could possibly help you. 

You've sold 2 things, one for $2800. Your $$ WILL be held for 30 days minimum to cover the 30 Day MBG that ebay offers, basically because you sold a high $$ item and have little to history Selling.

1.) that don't matter; if you haven't sold regularly for over 90 days, you are a NEW seller in the eyes of eBay (because your account could've been hacked, list an expensive item and run after payment etc.)

2.) You CANNOT cancel an order- and the buyer is NOT suppose to 'wait' for your 30 days. When buyer pays and item is shown as 'ready to ship'- you need to ship within your stated handling time or you will get a huge ding..and if you don't ship at all, buyer will open a Not Received if the item is not received by the last estimated delivery date- which we ALL know was Nowhere near 30 days.

You need to ship it!

Because that is what selling on the internet is. 

Seller sells

Buyer buys

Buyer pays

Seller ships

a 'hold' because you didn't research is NOT a reason to let down a customer.

No, buyer doesn't have to wait 30 days.

You need to ship within your handling time.
