im asking for help for my husbands account everytime he goes to ebay it is in chinese and not english and now when he tries to click on anything it wont let him do anything and he cant get past the AI on the phone to get tech support can someone contact support and see if you can get them to help with this issue as to why its all in chinese and not english he needs english to contact sellers that he has items he ordered from them thanks.
