There is no hold on the money, e bay said it was an internal issue they had just discovered,. the button works but to transfer from, but drop down, to , redirects me to a mastercard application, I dont need another master card, i did follow directions and tried to enter the information ask for, it kept saying wrong information entered. several tries check and recheck. no sales for last 8 days, I am top rated, follow all the rules. I give up. its only couple hundred bucks.
