microsoft surface Duo 2

For about a week now I have been unable to view listings from any of my 3 microsoft surface duo 2s. I have a microsoft surface duo 1 that can view listings. I keep getting a redirect error on all three duo 2s. I have factory reset them and the same result occurs. I have used only wifi and only mobile data and haven't signed into accounts to test if it is related to my personal accounts. It is not. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I do not use the ebay app and never have. Only google chrome on android. If anyone could help that would be awesome. Thank you for your time.

What version of Chrome? Is it the latest version available?

Any difference if you use an incognito browser window? If that works, try clearing your cache ("for all time") and possibly manually deleting eBay cookies in Chrome.

Are you using Chrome in mobile, classic or desktop mode? It might be worth trying each. Sometimes a page may not render in one mode, causing a redirect loop and eventually an error.

It might be worth trying another browser to rule out a browser issue.

I have deleted all cache cookies. Factory reset two phones with no accounts linked to the phone and opened both using mobile data and just wifi. It is not related to the phone. Updated chrome on factory resets as well as systems. Cleared multiple times cookies before resets. I.e I am unsure how this would not clear everything by default. I tried desktop mode and nothing changed. I think it has something to do with ebays end pertaining to the surface duo 2. I just think it is extremely odd that one day it works and the next every refurbished unlocked phone I have stops working. Thank you for the response and I will try your suggestions again to see if anything has changed.
