I think it's bad that eBay lets users list before having them set up Managed Payments, but that's the only way to be paid. I hope you know that there will also be a Hold on your payout, since you're new. Hang in there...

Are you sure your routing and account numbers are correct? It doesn’t take long to see micro deposits in your checking account.

Even if your bank account was verified it will be around 30 days before the funds, providing your buyer has paid, is paid out to you. Selling high ticket items will cause your funds to be held longer to ensure there are no returns or chargebacks. 
Since you are selling a high ticket item eBay may also request to see proof of ownership of that watch.

Your account may also be restricted because you’ve already reached your monthly selling limit.
