I'm using PC windows xp chrome. No error mesg. When trying to make offer or counter offer it lets me add dollar amount then box comes up and spinning icon just spins, Never completes transaction. Please help.
I don't know if this is the answer but a lot of XP's site certificates have expired and won't be updated because XP doesn't get updates. Certificates are what let you connect with certain sites & pages on the internet.
It's not, it's a coding loop issue, recent redesign of this function has seen the coding squirrel forget where they stashed their nuts...they're over yonder by the big tree! Fetch them...now!
