listing photos

I just spent 30 minutes with ebay support and got NO help!  Very frustrating.  When they changed the format a few days ago, I can no longer easily transfer photos from my phone to my computer.  It seems I have to post the photos twice and then delete the redundant photos to get them to list.  It is a colossal waste of time and makes me want to sell elsewhere.

Can you explain a bit?  I don't understand why eBay's format change has anything to do with interfering with transferring photos from your phone to your computer.   

For example, if I go to a family picnic and take photos on my phone.  eBay has nothing to do with the ability to transfer those photos to my computer.

I'm not sure how eBay would be involved with your downloading your phone photos to your computer - just hook your phone up with a USB cord and drag and drop or cut and paste the photos into a directory, then you can do what you will, including dropping them into the listing.

If you're talking about the new Unified Listing Form, though - it's horrible, yes - if you ARE stuck in it and don't want to be, the little three dots drop down and you can revert.

Can you transfer photos easily from your phone to your new listing on your computer?

If I use the app on my phone to load photos and fill in the verbiage on my computer I am no longer able to easily transfer the photos.  Until last week they had an option for that.  Now I have to actually download the photos twice and delete the second addition to get it to list.  It's a bit Byzantine.
