listing personalization not working

My listing requires personalization but it's not working.     Personalization is selected YES.     But it doesn't show up in the preview or when listed.     I've had several conversations with customer service, and they don' t have resolution.     Customer service says they will get back with me but it's been a week and no resolution.

Any advice to help?

About 24 hours after the listing started the personalization was there!     Ok I'm happy now 🙂
