I try leave a positive feedback for a purchase i made and it delivered to me, but the order detailes page wont open.I cannot even find it on the purchase history. The seller emailed me and asked for a positive feedback. I am sorry that he send me two emails and i cannot reply to him.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.

Are you within sixty days of the original transaction?

If so, see if the transaction appears here:

Check to make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. You may have signed in to a different eBay account altogether.

I signed in to the same ebay account i used for the purchase. Another issue is that in the "order update" mail, tracking the order dont shows that it delevered and perhaps the seller see the same , because he asks me if i received it.Only global parcel tracking shows that it delivered.
