Ok if you have a duplicate listing that is incorrect take it down. Simple. But if you listed that car twice you are charged the listing package fee, it is not refundable. See Fees for selling a vehicle on eBay Motors
Listing package fees apply to each listing you create, are charged at the time of listing or relisting (if you opt to auto-relist), as applicable, and are nonrefundable. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live.
For future reference, when there are zero bids you are able to revise the original listing. You don't have to end / relist. Revising is preferable over creating a new listing since this is a vehicle which means you're charged a fee just to list it.
