issue with usps first class labels printed from ebay?

i've been having trouble with USPS first class international labels on both friday and today so i wanted to check if anyone else is having this issue:

i'll print labels using ebay's bulk label system for both domestic and international shipments.  however, on some of the international labels (printed through ebay system), the labels aren't attached/associated with the item number.  when i look at the 'labels' page, the labels are there, but there are no items associated with them.  therefore, ebay still shows that i need to ship the items and upload tracking.  i've tried to upload the tracking manually in ebay, but i get an error.  i've uploaded the tracking through paypal, but that's not linking back to ebay.  i can simply mark the item as shipped without tracking, but i think it's hurting my seller performance (not uploading tracking %).  i've also called ebay a few times...they see the issue, but they haven't been able to resolve nor offer any help.

anyone else have this issue come up?  thanks

Hi all I do not have a solution but I do know that some users have reported that they have been able to manually upload the tracking numbers that would not work a day ago, even with manual upload.

Make a note of the tracking numbers/ sales dates and report to ebay if you are marked late on your shipping metrics.

Thanks for the post. Unfortunately, eBay still hasn't fixed the issue/glitch yet. Per your advice, I just tried to upload the tracking, same error message poped as before -> "The tracking number is already associated with a different transaction." 😞

still not working. called ebay second time, service rep told me that he added my item number and transaction ID to the ticket that they are using to track this bug.

same here.  so many problems on ebay with almost every app.  This is getting annoying.
