after checking my invoice this month my insertion fees were 140.00 more than the usual amount every month....I have the same amount of listing roughly every month.....1000 free and 3000 that I pay 10 cents for .....this month it charged me for 4300 listings at 10 cents each.....after calling customer service I was informed there is a known problem with the Good Till Cancelled listing being charged twice in the same month....so check your invoice and call to have it checked...I did get a refund within the hour which was great....but how many people are not noticing this issue?....There really should be a page on ebay where you ebay does announce the known problems instead of waiting for you to notice something is wrong
