i-ways tool is not working

I saw the announcement about Google Chrome and clicked the link to use the i-ways tool. It's not working. 

"This site can’t be reached

bulkchecker.i-ways.net took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

Any suggestions how to check my ebay listings?

You are correct. It does not work or is so slow I have no time for it.

If you want to improve eBay develope something like this within eBay. 

Not happy with the idea of passing information to a 3rd. party no matter how limited or controled you say this is.

Is i-ways tool a scam?  When I clicked on it,  it came in as ebay seller centre not seller center , spelled wrong . it may be a scam... I won't go there ... or give my password. why does ebay keep changing everything and it is the hardest place I sell to make changes. not like etsy who keeps things simple . ebay is always making changes that takes up so much of my time where I could be making my product. they should be paying me for my time since they are the ones always changing things. to many tech heads with ideas that we don't have time for. or understand half the time. what the heck is active content. I don't even know what I have that is active content. so when they bump my listings I may not relist and find another selling place...

I just had Irma come right over me and lost power for 3 days and lost a lot of my handmade product due to a leak and finally got electric back 2 hours ago and have to deal with this active content. Like I have the time. plus remaking several sets of my work. thanks ebay. why don't you remove it all and just leave our listing and let us know we may want to update them or work it out were we can keep our listings as is.. tired of all these changes you guys make that take forever to fix..

I can get to te site but it just loops around and never checks anything.  The day eBay sent the link it worked and i fixed as many listings as I could stand to do.  Came back o finish and it just loop back to enter user name on mext page but zi never get to the next page.

Same happened for me yesterday. 

A new i-ways account for a different eBay account worked OK.

Then I tried to check my other eBay account with i-ways.  It told me I already had an i-ways account, had me log in.  After that it just looped and looped and never ran the check on the old eBay account.
