gift card

i purchased a gift card and put $100 on it for my step son who's birthday is Saturday. I went to check the balance on the gift card and it's saying the reemission code can not be found. I went back to the store and i was instructed to contact Ebay.

Isn't there a toll-free number to call on the back of the card?

Or...go to the this Help page, scroll down to the bottom for the "Contact Us" options - go through the prompts until you can contact a live agent:

I realizes that after i pressed sent. I ended up having to go to twitter to get a response. thank you though.
