emplates are NOT saving.

Hello, For the last few days I have not been able to save any new templates. When I click on the save button, the system just clocks for ages, 10 minutes, or more before I have to kill the page so that I can do other things. I have only 30 saved templates out of a possible 50 allowed. 

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

I just got off the phone with Ebay (again) They are aware of the issue but I get the impression it is not a very high priority for them. I would suggest talking to a live person to make sure they are aware of the problem. I plan on doing it at least once a day from now on until it is resolved. Meanwhile, I guess I will be moving my inventory to Face Book Market Place...

Are you able to save a template using the New Listing Tool?

I can't find the new tool. I am on a desktop.

There should be a link to the New Listing Tool at the top of the page when using any other listing tool.
