ebay site not displaying correctly

All parts of eBay site are not displaying correctly. Not sure if it has to do with a Windows 10 update I did last night. In every view (My eBay, Messages, etc.) it takes some doing to get to something that is actually readable.

Same thing here.  Judging by the numerous recent posts regarding site issues, ebay has updated itself into an unusable destination.

Unable to leave feedback on purchases. Very frustrating, both for me, and I am sure for the sellers also.
