ebay shipping labels not loading...

My ebay shipping labels are not loading.  I have tried both in ebay and paypal with the same results.  Is anyone else having the same issue?

What browser and operating system are you using?

The usual Windows OS answer is to disable PDF opening with the browser's built in PDF handler, and force it to open with Adobe, NitroPDF, or other external PDF viewer plugin. (Pitney Bowes eBay/PayPal labels don't play well with Chrome or Firefox built in PDF handlers)
