Tried to pay for an item on Dec 6 2018 with Paypal mastercard in ebay checkout. I kept getting a message telling me to choose another payment method because paypal wasn't an option. Still I tried it several more times before trying another credit card but I still kept getting the same message to choose another payment method. I finnally gave up and went to my paypal account. In my paypal account it now shows that I purchased this item 7 times even though in ebay it still says that I need to pay for this item. Now my paypal credit card is over the limit because of these 7 purchases of the same item. I only wanted i of these. ebay and paypal seems to have a serious major problem here. Can't seem to find anybody to help with this problem on ebay or paypal because all you get is a **bleep** machine to talk to when you call them. How about giving us some real people to talk to that are knowledgeable about this issue to help solve these problems. Now I have to fix this mess you caused with my credit cards by myself. Thanks for no help ebay and paypal.

Somewhat of a REVERSE issue today via eBay/PayPal relationship.

PayPal notified me in business app that there was payment received for an eBay order. AFTER TWO HOURS still no indication from eBay of the order.

I am having all kinds of trouble trying to do anything in ebay. I think the site is totally broken now. Paypal invoice was cutting one order of 20 items to 1 seller into 3 invoices. It was having me repay for items I already paid for on the other invoice. Then I bought 1 item two times. The final invoice total to pay was $2 more than the total I was given on pay for items now. Then the final invoice in my purchase history had 3 of those 20 items on an invoice from a totally different ebay seller that I also purchased from that same day. I refreshed and closed out and still showing the same mistakes today. Then ebay deleted 2 of the sellers I had bought from that week and deleted my purchase history photos and titles of those items. Which I had not got yet. Tried to cancel orders... ebay number is not valid. Tried to get a refund... ebay item numbers are not valid. Tried to contact the sellers... those sellers are not registered ebay sellers! Wasted all week trying to correct invoice mistakes, find out what I should be getting yet, and how much I actually paid in paypal invoices which is different than my ebay purchase item total info. WHAT A MESS! I feel your pain. This should not happen in a Billion Dollar Industry that has been functioning for over 16 years. I don't think they can fix it or they would. OR no one is in charge of running the tech side of ebay. eBay help is a joke. They might as well hire me to answer their phones... I have a better clue than they do... and I can speak English, read English and write English... a plus. Sorry for the rant, but I have been there, and done that, and fed up in here. IF I can't buy... no wonder I can't sell! I want my fees back for 2019. Double charges on some shipping labels. Double charges on some purchases. Some double charges on insertion fees... what other over charges on fees are there that I haven't found???? Hope you get your money back. I had an issue with paypal years ago and it took them almost a year to get it fixed... but they did get it fixed... but I didn't let it slide as it was $2,000.

Perhaps you should call paypal report the issue and get the purchases removed. Then call ebay and also go over the issue with them as their system is not showing the 7 purchases you were charged for.
