Hello. I have XX eBay Bucks (01/01/2020 XX eBay Bucks certificate issued) Today I wanted to pay for a purchase https://www.ebay.com/itm/Digital-Storm-Gaming-PC-i7-8th-Gen-GTX-1070-16gb-Ram-256gb-SSD-1tb-HDD-/184...
I used the certificate, but the prefered bank card did not have enough founds and the purchase was not made.
I chose the second card, but I can't see the $XX eBay Bucks anymore and can't apply them.
How can I resolve this issue? Bucks Expires 2/2, 11:59pm PT.e and I need to pay the seller for the purchase
Thanks

Does that seller have some sort of custom checkout system? If so, it may not work with eBay Bucks.
You should be able to check your current eBay Bucks balance by using a desktop browser to go here:
If you have a balance remaining on the certificate issued in January, it should appear in the upper right corner of that transactions page.

Try this go to the activity tab and hit the drop down by buy. Then click on ebay bucks and when the page loads high light and copy the coupon code. Then go to the cart and click to go to the check out. Before you enter any payment information 1st scroll down and apply the coupon code. Then after the code is taken start applying your two cards to the payment method. If the problem persists you may not be able to use the coupon code with multiple forms of payment. I think in the past I have heard of users having issues using coupon codes with multiple gift cards. You could also try calling eBay perhaps a rep can do something on their end.
