Recently I attempted to respond to a seller to ebay email. My short and postive message was twice interfered by ebay partners.... Never heard of them but maybe they were trying to deposit cookies which my computer is set up to deny... was unable to complete my email back to seller and message was never sent. This be my lack of computer knowledge or maybe how my computer is configured. Is ebay partners something new? Sincerely, epilot50

There is not much info in your question. What eBay partner? Do you use Sixbit or other third party program? Partners refers to those third party programs. it can also refer to advertisment. So, how was your message 'interfered' with? There are no third party/partners in the path of messages.
FYI. You do not have to deny cookies. All browsers can be configured to delete cookies after the session ends. Look to your browser settings.

Ebay Partners earn a percentage of eBay’s revenue whenever you send someone to eBay and they make a purchase within 24-hours even if auctions take up to 10 days to end.

Those are called Affiliates, not Partners.

I knew I could count on the ebay community to respond to my inquiry. I had never heard of ebay partners and was curious whether ebay had ever heard of them... You were so kind to respond to my question. To the best of my knowledge I do not have any third party involved with my email but who really knows any more. Thanxs once again. Sincerely David
