eBay returns generating priority mail labels for items under 1LB

Buyers who want to return items from an order that were shipped priority mail are given a priority label for each item being returned.  

An example: A buyer purchases 5 different items that are 6ozs each. The entire order is shipped priority mail since combine weight is over 1lb. The buyer wants to return 1 item out of the 5 purchase. eBay will generate a priority label instead of a first class mail label for that 6oz item. If they open a return for all 5 items, each item is given a different priority label. Some buyers return each item separate which can end up costing over 30 dollars. 

Sellers need to have control over return labels generated. Multi-item returns need to be treated as one combined order when being returned instead of separate items.

If you do not have "automatic returns" you have the option to provide the return label of your choice, and send it to the buyer.

It's set to off. It auto-approves certain orders for some reason.

Not something that I am familiar with how to do, but a work around for that has been posted.

If you set it up so that a "return authorization #" is required that will stop the automatic return.

I'll see if using RMA number option works.

The RMA option works. It still auto-accepts the return but doesn't send a label automatically.
