Trying to list for the 2nd day in a row on my anchor store. Keeps saying eBay's Home Page is down. C'mon eBay! Paying $299 a month for my store I need it to work please. THANK YOU Anyone having issues?

No issues here. Serious question – why go to the homepage, when you can just go to the seller hub?

I have been dealing with this for almost 3 weeks now. Try only uploading 3 pics at a time then saving it for later...then go back in to it and repeat.....then after all pics go do the rest of the listing EXCEPT the "Item Title". That is where it is getting hung up I have found. I CAN edit this field on my phone however....so there is something going on in the code on the laptop that Ebays server does not like. I suspect a bug in Windows 10....Are you using Window 10 by chance? I have tried 4 browsers, 2 internet providers and multiple (and no) VPN settings. This has happened before when I get updates pushed on my laptop....but usually corrects in a day or 2. I have called Ebay 5 times now and they act like its the first time they have ever heard of this.....these message boards say otherwise. Its been an issue for many years.

Good suggestion, but (the eBay message notwithstanding) I find that the critical seller pages are not available either.

I have the same problem, though usually of short duration. I'm on a Mac using the MS Edge browser.

Try starting from a different page entirely. The links on that particular page may be broken or just missing.

If that does not help, try another browser or another format (mobile, classic or desktop).

I think it is my VPN (Norton). I turned it off and it has worked fine for half an hour (page, browser, format unchanged). This fits the less-than-widespread reporting of this issue.

I'm having the same issue and getting the same messages. I've reported it to ebay numerous times over the course of the last 2 months but to no avail. I've tried to list and revise listings over and over again. I've lost a lot of valuable work time completing a listing only to have it lost. I can't go on like this, and it seems like ebay is more concerned about other things. I have no choice and have resorted to selling privately while these issues persist.

NK, I have been having the same problem and the associated loss of work. Yesterday I turned off my VPN and eBay worked fine for a whole day. This morning I decided to turn VPN back on. After 10 minutes of work I did a "save for later" on the listing I was working on and eBay hung up, just like it was doing before. I turned VPN off and eBay came back to life, minus the work I had done on the listing. Mike

Same problem here. Mine gets hung up when I hit "List It". Today I got 4 listings done without a problem then for no known reason, it gets hung up again. Most information entered in the hung listing does not save to a draft, so I have to start all over again. Frustrating and a huge waste of time. Running Windows 11 on a 2022 HP desktop. Tried both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. No difference. I have never had this problem before about 4 weeks ago, never had to change my Norton or VPN settings now all of a sudden this is happening. I can try shutting off VPN but never had to do that before. Skeptical that it will work. Need a solution from ebay!!

Every link we click redirects to the screen they showed...Clicking on My Ebay, Seller Hub, nothing works...and then minutes later it does. Maybe.
