Hello,
I recently started a sale markdown campaign and wanted to promote it with a store newsletter. Each time I try to populate the newsletter by selecting the active campaign, I see a red warning at the bottom that says none of the items are eligible in the campaign, even though I have 244 items in my sale.
I have been able to get the newsletter to work properly before, but I also know another user who has the same issue where they can't send out the sale markdown newsletter because it says there are no eligible items, even though they have over 800 items in their store. It has never worked for them and this is the first time it hasn't worked for my store.
Is there something that triggers this behavior? How can it be resolved?

I have noticed this problem too. I found that after sale is live about 24 hours, the newsletter pull down menu will have your latest sale there to select.

The Sale Events are in the pull down menu for the newsletter and are ACTIVE and items loaded (3 campaigns 2000 items 1200 items 1000 items) on Sale Event Marketing menu, but the newsletter continues to state that there are no items eligible.
