Lately loading items on eBay have been difficult due to photos sometimes load. But more often than not, they don't. Sometimes I have to reload the same item a half dozen times till it works. That of course wastes my time.

What can I do. Using a Google Pixelbook that has worked well for years doing this.

@05069 It could be a simple as the Ebay site has not performed the most recent Update on that particular program ... or they may no longer support it. Are you using a mobile device and the eBay app? If so then that might be the problem, the app has issues ...

I don't ever use the app. Been using the Pixelbook for a few years and this is the first time I've really had problems

Is it just your gallery photos that are not showing or are the photos not loading at all?

it seems random. sometimes it is quick and it loads. most of the time it doesn't. have never had this problem until a month or two.

I'm having the same problem. I take my photos with my iPhone, I use my MacBook to create the listing, the photos show up in my photo app on my MAC right away, then when I try to grab them for the ebay listing they are not there. I have to go to my iPad or iPhone to complete the listing to upload the photos using the ebay app. This just started, possibly because of the new Catalina update? Anybody else having this problem?

Hi, I cannot load any photos even in watching the listings. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi and Opera on two laptops and none of it works. It has only started in the last couple of days and up till then it has been fine for years. Is this a windows 10 problem or an Ebay problem? The reason I ask is that all is fine on my Ipad.

Found a fix - I did an update on my Java (64bit) and restarted my machine. All is now back as it was and loading properly. Give it a try.

I have just had the same problem for the first time ever. I have discovered that it was somehow affected by my VPN. When I paused it they loaded immediately and displayed properly!!!!!

I wish I could figure out why I can't get my photos to upload consistently. I've tried my desktop, laptop and mobile phone--all with some success but not consistent at all. If a photo won't upload while using my desktop I'll switch to my mobile phone and it might work, if not then I'll switch to my laptop and that might work. I dread calling eBay but I've tried messing with computer settings etc with no success.

Sometimes a reboot of a common network device such as a router or cable modem can be useful if there are persistent connection issues on multiple devices -- as long as no one is relying on that connection for a few minutes.

UBlock Origin (an ad blocker) will also sometimes prevent the pictures from loading. They will load if you disable it.

I WAS HAVING LOADING PROBLEMS from Iphone 11 to ebay listings. I went to setting on the phone changed ebay setting turning off camera. then just airdrop to my computer and drag into listing now it works
