We are a licensed auction house and are completely down since 11/2/2021, not able to list items due to a programming issue with our account and managed payments (no fault of ours).
We have been a member since 1998 and 2002 depending on the account. We used to have dedicated reps and issues would be resolved in hours when they would arise. Annual sales on eBay were seven figures and we have moved much of our sales off eBay due to issues such as the current one below.
We were forced to move to managed payments in 2019 and we successfully lobbied back to PayPal due to foreign visibility issues that were not disclosed (eBay UK, etc.) as these were our buyers and they could not see our items anymore. 5 months ago, we were forced on managed payments again without notice and our listings were dropped.
After hours of work on the phone with eBay, they apologized and we were back on PayPal. 13 weeks ago, we were again forced to managed payments without notice and the listings dropped. Great timing with the holiday season and consignments listed or waiting to be listed. This was on 11/2/ 2021 and we are still unable to use eBay to sell and it is now 1/21/2022, after losses of $15,000-18,000 and hours and hours and hours of phone calls to eBay support and managed payments with promises of help that never materialized.
I am re-posting this in hopes that someone at eBay will read this and provide assistance.

You may as well get use to Managed Payments, there really will not be anymore PayPal. Even the link to PayPal is gone.
So what did MP have to do with your visibility issues, buyers still can pay with PayPal?

Send someone to their Facebook account to talk to eBay. No one is going to be able to help you here. And no one who sees this post has any imput with eBay.

I saw your previous thread, from Dec 2021, and you need to speak to a payments specialist to find out if this can be fixed, on your current accounts.
I would suggest reaching out to eBay for Business on facebook, and they can put you in touch with a payments specialist.
I remember that when MP was first being rolled out, to USA sellers only in the first waves, that it could not be used with international payments. That was resolved quite a long while ago, well before you eventually signed up in Nov 2021.
Unfortunately, I wonder if the fact that you were "rolled back" out of MP back to PayPal, may have messed up your MP profile in some way. From what I have seen recently, there are limits to what can be changed or updated once an MP profile has been created for a specific account.
Only a managed payments specialist can help you with this, and you will need to reach out to eBay to get in touch with one. The eBay employees here on the boards, can only tell you the same thing.
