eBay Managed Payments Checkout Problem

Hello,

Im facing a problem here on eBay for atleast a week now!

The eBay representatives on the live chat cant help and the only thing that they say is that my account as no restrictions or limitations.

Well, the problem is that when i try to purchase a item and the seller uses eBay managed payments to manage my payment, it displays me a message error like "Continue to PayPal to complete checkout or choose a different payment option." - this when i use PayPal and this message error when i try to pay using my credit card: "

Please check your payment details or use a different payment option."

What can i do to solve this??

This has been an issues since at least February and no one at ebay will tell us what is going on. I have lost easily thousands of dollars because customers can not check out (and I'm not even on managed payments yet). The last two days have been the worst so far. It's a huge mess.

My Paypal is fine, if the seller doesnt use managed payments i can pay without problems.
