eBay EPID Search Tool not working

Hello.  Does anyone knows what's going on with the ePID lookup tool? Tool isn't providing ePID numbers for any part number and it's been like that for few days now.  Where else can we get ePID from?  Thanks in advance.

This also is not working for me, probably a month now.  I really do need to be able to look up the ePID to load in File Exchange for uploading listings.  It should be at http://www.ebay.com/parts/lookup, the documentation still points there.  I've been trying to get by with using the Car & Truck Parts Catalog files but those flat files are huge, slow, and very inefficient.

Does anybody have any ideas what happened to this tool?

I do not know if this will help. but it will at least get the issue in front of eBay.

Hi dollybeauty, thank you much for the sugestion. I've had calling them and the issue isn't fixed yet. Nevertheless, yes, I will call again.  Please guys let me know if there's any other sugestions on how to get ePID's.  Thank you again!
