I was trying to find a way to speak to an actual real person on eBay and didn’t want to do it through AI messaging or finding my answer through threads and forums that wouldn't give me the answer I needed and I found there Customer Service Number to speak to a live person/agent for eBay

eBay does not have a published number for general customer support. That may be an old number, or a number used for some specific service.
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media:

If you found it googling chances are it's not eBay.

This Number is legit. I got an email from EBay after I spoke to the representative to give feedback asking how it went with Roscoe who was the live representative that I spoke to that helped me with my problem with my account.

I have talked to eBay many times and never had a followup survey. Those scammers are going all out.
jamie2064 made a post a few months back. Their account was restricted. They found this number, 800-456-3229, and it was a scam. They wanted him to buy $500 in eBay gift cards and give them the card numbers to clear their restriction.
I recall others saying the same number wanted to charge them a small fee for help.

Wow… I really do believe that don’t get me wrong. Nothing bad has happened to my account and no fraudulent activity or charges of any kind after I got help. Not yet at least.

It keeps telling me that it’s outside of business hours. I am central time and it is Monday at 11:30 AM. Do you know what the business hours are for the office and that phone number

There is no number to cold call eBay.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
