Anyone else not receiving the 5% eBay incentive offers?

The policy reads in part:

Enrollment in eBay Bucks is currently closed and after careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire the 1% earnings reward on everyday purchases.

However we’ll still be running eBay Bucks special offers so you may still receive bonus offers by invite

The most recent 5% offer was at the end of January.

Same here & looks like GREED has fully consumed eBay 😩. While it helped somewhat with helping to make decisions on buys, my purchases will surely go downward! We on low/fixed income, have to make cuts somewhere & this applies to PP as well.

Yes, I already was aware of the 1% stoppage. I was referring to the occasional 3-day 5% incentive. It will certainly adversely affect my future purchases, so sellers will suffer even more loses.
