eBay Bucks Missing

For the past week, I noticed eBay Bucks is missing. Usually hoovering over My eBay, eBay Bucks would show on the bottom of the text box but it's no longer there.  Going into my account, on the left side where it stats eBay Bucks under the Buy cateogry,  clicking that just takes me back to all my purchases, Summaries. Clearing cookies/cache does not fix the issue.

Going to any item listing for purchase, it does show I will earn eBay Bucks for my purchase however. What happened to eBay Bucks?

Any idea what the issue is with ebay bucks?
Think this gives you a small idea of some posts , why do people need to sit on hold for 156 minutes or go to ebay.ca?

This happened a year or two ago as well, I stopped selling on here and am about to stop buying as well... I think we are watching the end of an era. Why a coder or web host could not quickly debug and fix this for a company this large is absolutely ridiculous. Shame...

You are right. Every problem I am having, I csn go to Ebay Canada and everythink works.  My ebat bucks and the Your list are there.  Thanks

Hi @labs118 - I'm not sure what could be happening here. Thanks for the threads to get me started, I'll do some digging and see what I can find out.

That is quite strange. Wonder what happened with eBay if the Canada version is working just fine. Now I'm wondering if I'll get the certificate of all the eBay Bucks I have earned this far. Will continue to monitor this and look closely into this to see if there's any updates.

Thank you eburtonlab. I just spent at least and hour on the phone with an eBay customer service rep and she didn't know that there was a problem let alone a solution. She just kept saying, "That is wierd. It must be your computer's problem."

I have now found my Ebay Bucks by loging into https://www.ebay.ca/

Hi @mrjeffreyxd - thanks for your report about what you're finding. I'm having this looked into and the tech team has a few more questions if you don't mind getting it for me that will help:

- How are you accessing the Bucks pages? (My eBay left hand navigation menu vs the My eBay drop down menu in the top right)
- URL of the page you started on (prior to clicking ‘eBay Bucks’)
- URL of the page you're landing on after being redirected away from the Bucks page.

I am not new to Ebay Bucks... have been using it for years... Any Bucks link just takes me to my Ebay Summary Page not to my Ebay Bucks summary page... others have been having the same problem... so it's not me... Can access through Ebay Canada only...

Every link I have found for ebay bucks takes me to the seller hub page and I can't get to ebay bucks balance page.  Also it is no longer at the bottom of the list when you hover over My Ebay.
