cannot add items to watch list

Everytime I try to add am item to watchlist using the little heart icon it gives me an error , cannot add error. Im using an iphone 14 pro max

Some app users are having problems with the Watch List at the moment.

Are you able to watch items using a browser? If not, be sure your watch list is not full; you should be able to watch up to 400 items, both active and ended, in total. Try deleting some old or ended items to make room for new items if you are at or near that total.
