can't create a listing

constantly getting the message It's not you. It's us when I try to create a listing, happened last week too, just occasionally I can get through and list.  Soooo frustrating!!!

Clear your ebay.com cookies from your browser. If you use autocomplete to enter addresses in your browser, try clearing your browser history to prevent it from suggesting ebay.com pages.

The next time you get to an eBay sign-in page, be sure you are on ebay.co.uk.

Make sure you are not following any ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks.

If you can figure out what link you are following that sends to to ebay.com from ebay.co.uk, please post details so that others can avoid the same problem and the link can be corrected.

I have seen other posts about users having problems listing; many of those users are registered outside the US. Try using a different method to list: if you are using the quick listing tool, try using the business or advanced tool; try another browser; try creating a new listing from scratch; try listing from the eBay app; try listing with or without using a template; try using "sell similar" and erasing all the previous fields.

Check your account to make sure your registered address is valid.

So I am, how weird, apologies. This is a different tab to where I was creating a listing so definitely on UK page there, must have followed the wrong community when looking for help through google.  My browser doesn't save any history ever so not a problem with that, have signed out and in again but still a problem.  Thank you for trying to help.

You may have encountered an error page at some point and as a result were mistakenly directed to the US site through no fault of your own. It happens.
