All messages concerning sales/purchases should be made via ebay's system. Go to the sale in question and you will see the option to contact the buyer. Ebay will send them the message.
To the left of the Sale in your Seller Hub, you'll see 'Print shipping label' in blue. Click the drop-down menu and you'll find 'Contact seller'... use that. Good luck!
