bugs on eBay payment system

There is a serious bug and it has existed for a long time but eBay just ignores it. I sold one item on Oct 21st and the buy paid on the same day but drew back the money on Oct. 22nd. However, on eBay, the item is still shown as " paid" but my PayPal Account shows the money has been drawn. 

I want to report this issue but eBay always shows the part has been paid. When I check the details of the order, eBay shows the seller hasn't paid for this order!!

The problem has been reported to eBay for almost 3 weeks. No one can solve this problem.

Well, I had a buyer request a cancellation immediately after paying yesterday (eBay must have shown her a better deal).   I approved the cancellation and refund and requested the free relist of the item.   Well, I have gotten a duplicate email about the cancellation, the item was relisted twice, and eBay still tells me to print a shipping label.   Fortunately,  paypal only shows one refund so far.
