Zip Code Glitch Spring Seller Update 2020

So I am having a glitch that I experienced during last years fall seller update that I am now experiencing again after the spring seller update. I find it interesting in both seller updates (fall/spring) that eBay mentioned they were tweaking (breaking) zip codes...

So I get a message in the active listings tab of seller hub (13th march 2020) prompting me to update my zip code for all 835 products I have listed yesterday afternoon. First thought was FML, here we go with this **bleep** again. So I comply and update all 835 of my listings. At various times throughout the evening while checking in on my eBay page, I get prompted to update several lot's of listings with my zip code again. I'm like FML even harder, I just did all 835 a few hours ago. It get's late and as most people do I go to bed.

My normal routine is wake up early 5/6am and follow up with offers received, questions, send offers out ect ect. Then I look at what listings are ending/relisting for the day and whether they need tweaking or not. So upon checking my active listings this morning 14th March 2020, it's telling me I need to update my zip code for all 835 active listings AGAIN. I've had enough, I'm an Aussie expat based in Taiwan and our Hong Kong based CS reps only work Mon-Fri so I message the eBay CS Facebook team and explain the above and how the same glitch plagued me with last years fall seller update. The CS rep said they found it hard to believe there would be glitches with a seller update, then I laughed and laughed and laughed. Then laughed some more. Maybe they were being sarcastic...

They asked for screenshots and just like yesterday I was being prompted to update smaller groups of item listings even after I had applied the zip code to all 835 listings yesterday and all 835 again today. So I responded with the screenshots and I got a different rep message me back with some spiel about how they update certain features of the platform and really, it was just a cut and paste from the I have no idea what I'm talking about I'm just here for the paycheck handbook that I'm almost certain that 90% of all CS reps have.

After being dumbfounded by the paragraph of utter nonsensical dribble I had received. I left the house or I risked losing my s#!t and throwing the work PC through the wall. I was out for about 2 hours and returned home to yet again, you guessed it. A request to update more ZIP codes which have literally been updated about a dozen times in the past 24 hours now. So I grab a snap of it and shot it through to eBay CS FB team yet again. I'm pretty blunt and outright state that the issue is persisting and when will the glitch be resolved. Yet another CS rep messages me back, try's to give me a spiel about using the bulk edit tool to mass update the zip code to save time, to which I (as politely as I could) replied with I have... About a dozen times now (which I didn't say, but I maybe should have). I was then told that no one else has reported this issue so they didn't feel like it was a glitch, but she did say she'd get the technical team to investigate it. Rage ramble done.

Has anyone else experienced or experiencing this issue at the moment. Is there a known fix so I don't have to update my zip code every 2 hours. It's tough enough to get sales at the moment with the Corona virus scare without an eBay zip code glitch causing my items to not show in search. Thanks for taking the time to read, all responses and feed back welcome.
