I noticed a few days now that on all my items listed The View count changed to zero. I base my products inventory from the number of watch and view counts. So this is a big setback. I'm wondering is it a technical problem or is it the latest changes from the eBay update?

My sales have dropped as well with this glitch. Seems a company like Ebay would have some of the best IT people around. Why not fixing?

Spoke to Ebay customer service today! Ebay told me they are aware of the issue. EBay technical department is working on it and are expected to fix the 0 views count by July 4th, 2018.

If anybody is still experiencing 0 views after July 4th, 2018 please come back and post an update.

Mine is zero from my phone and zero when on a computer. I’ve only been selling for two months but I think it’s to ebays benefit that this gets fixed because if I see my items that didn’t sell got enough views, I’m more likely to list it longer. I really hope they fix it. Views kinda give me some satisfaction. : )

ME TO I ALWAYS SELL SOMETHING EVERYDAY NO I HAVE NOT FOR AWHILE AND 0 VIEWS ON ITEMS THAT SHOULD SAY 250-350 WHATS GOING ON IM LOSING MONEY DESPERATELY NEEDED

I called ebay yesterday they told me it will be fixed by mid july . Im still affected at this time

Disappointed to hear the news. Hopefully they'll straighten it out for everybody. At least you know the views are definitely coming back. If people still have this issue you should ask Ebay for a credit on your listings for this month.
