Why is eBay destroying the Feedback system with needlessly horrible changes?

Fellow sellers (and buyers if applicable)- I am posting this is the Technical Issues board because as far as I am concerned this a new set of technical changes for which I see zero upsides and many downsides.

I have an eBay Store with 10,000+ items.  I sell about 300 items per month. About 30 - 50% of my customers, including many regular repeat customers, just don't bother to leave feedback at all, which is probably about average across all big and small seller experiences.

I do not leave feedback until the customer has received their item(s) and has left feedback for me (usually positive) and this is how I have been doing it for 20+ years.  But for regular customers who buy a lot from me who don't leave feedback, I often wait a few weeks then leave feedback in blocks for those, so eventually almost all buyers receive feedback from me whether they left feedback for me or not.

And no, I am not a seller who gives automatic feedback when a purchase is made or when feedback is given as I want to control and also tailor the feedback to the specific buyer and the transaction.

As of a few weeks ago, I was horrified to discover in my "Feedback Left For Others" I can no longer see the ID of my own buyers, I can see the suppliers I have bought from and left feedback for, but not my own buyers.  Why this change?

Then today, when I click on "Leave Feedback" I see that there is now no longer a search box to put in a buyer's ID to pull up just those transactions.  Instead, it just starts from the oldest item for which feedback has not been left and the only option to keep scrolling down and down.  And most stunningly horrible, the buyer's ID for each transaction is now not even listed!  And I cannot even click on the sold item itself to see any details about it or the buyer's ID!!  Why? Why?

The only workaround to this is to go back and click on every single transaction for a particular buyer to leave feedback from that purchase (some of my buyers buy 5 - 15 - 25 items at once.)

I do not understand if this a new permanent change, and if so, why?  I see ZERO reasons for it.

Please if there are any eBay technical designers with any say in this, this is a horrible pointless new development that serves no interest to the seller.

At this point I just don't want to leave any feedback for anyone. Frankly I wish all sellers would follow suit and just stop leaving feedback to protest these developments.  But since eBay likely only cares about the Huge Sellers with 1,000,000+ inventory items that leave immediate feedback upon a purchase, we medium to small size sellers will be ignored.

Totally TERRIBLE new "feedback system". Why almost ALL new changes on Ebay are worse than old and more complicated.
