Have you tried clearing your browsing and cache history?
Could even be your internet provider or Wi-Fi you are using or need to upgrade to newer browser.
What operating system are you using?

The problem is with ebay. They need to fix their technical issues.

Do a search here on the subject. Other posters have been told it could be their ad-blocker settings, which would be at your end.
or it could be your DSL service provider, you have several posts point out that is the service you have.

Ebay is supposed to work with DSL.

Sorry to hear you are still stuck with DSL. That has to be brutal. I remember those days. Those days ended back in about 2006 for us. We are still in a rural area but there are plenty of other internet access options available.
