Where are my store categories??

It's hard enough for possible buyers to navigate an Ebay store (especially when not all your items show on mobile), but now they have completely removed my store categories. I thought it might be a glitch, but it has been like this for a few days. Is this permanent? If it is, this is a very bad decision. Just means less sales.

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I've been trying to figure it out for a few days and nothing. I even went to some other seller's stores and it's the same. I hope they fix this issue and it goes back to the way it was.

If you go to your "manage store" and categories hopefully you will see all your pre-defined categories and next to that should be the number of items in there 

That's the good news is that the hard work we have done is still there

bad news is customers cannot see our categories from out store 😪

Hopefully this glitch get's fixed ASAP (always test things out in a test environment not production environment, to whom it may concern 😁)

Known issue seems to be affecting all stores.  Several threads on it on this forum and others....Yikes

No Store Categories since yesturday!!!   hoping this is a glitch and it gets fixed

Is there a fix to this "Glitch" to get the store categories back here it's supposed to be at?
