In november 2019 , I decided i had accumulated enough to have a decent offer . It stardted well. And i jumped from 15 dollar fees.to 2hundred something. Due November 15. Looking around my accounts , some things seema odd like the place where you give authorisation, And the way paypal.is linked seems bizarre. I have those accounts since they where one company.
Its sketchy and i want to make shure payment goes trough as i just learned how to enter the tracking number instead of sendingthen to clients....
i have over 600 review , 400 starz . No negative comment .
So i take screen shot of the ebay version of authorisation for automatic payment , and do.the same at ebay. in case.....
On the 15 november ,i proceed to pay for my us based ebay account , trough my paypal ,wich is candian.
But is setup to use my balance at paypal first ,and my main currency is us dollar, second canadian.
And then , itwould fo into my rbc us based checking account.
I pay full 0n the 15, Part from papal us baoance and other part with my cad balance .I have receipt screen shot but no details .
i take screen shot of the desktop version versus mobile and something is wrong. Then on the 17 my bank tells me ebay tried to take the money , and charged fees at the same time.
I called them.they say i did not pay, and that when they went to my checking account there was no money. They did that untik my cbeking account had up to 600 us fees..
Then pagpal, thought i was all of a sudden selling too much and blocked payments ,until received. Havinga seiko astron ,and a rc boat,Its i.possible for a one man operation to cover the cost of shipling and waiting ,for many items.
I kept contacti g ebay ,like crazy and reached many person. When its not language barrier its just incompetence . Also sonetimes i have a enail i can write to get an answer then it changes. FThen i find all authorisation for acces inside my ebay wherr changed in december2019. internally by an employee . And i cannot access those reports anymore. But i have the screenshots from before , since i was cautious . So the difference is just clear.
My account was put on hold since then.
Rbc told me that they saw there was an issue an d i told ebay , they did not care . I was wrong.
Rbc said that ebay did not come on the 15 to try to take the money. Just on the 19 , and they charged fees ,and the payment . like if the first payment had been refused . But they never tried to take that first payment according to.rbc . Who says they cant contact them or do more for me.
and i tried , Sooo many ways. Just had other problem.
Now doing my 2019 income, i.downloaded. the paypal transaction and remembered all that saga. Well, on the 15 of november, now appears clearly with all the details as to where the payment i made came from , and its exactly as i was telling them back then. I was righ, all the way.
They did not take in consideration i had a perfect.selling records.for items between 100 and 1500 dollar. not 99 cents. Topush further. And it has cost me soo much. And the not selling on ebay part is the worst . Now i reached out to them With the evidence. I got a long letter saying , finally, that i was right......
But immediatlly stating there still the december fees to pay ,in order to reopen my account.
thats it .
Im like , ok, do i need after all that ,.to go to small claims or what Cant ebay look at this ,nit just admit like it was.nothing... First , anyone has ever received a letter from them stating they where wrong? Because i thought they would at least offer me to reopen my avccount where i was 2 years ago nit even a special, just help me get my reputation back ..
I was so angry , after all ive been trough, anyone have any thought on what i should do?
And obviously, changes where made , not by fraud,but internally at ebay to cover the incident ,i have the screenshots proving it , and there also a month and year ,beside those authorisation, And in the screenshot ,you see the difference, and especially the bug it created (i think they changed ebay inc to ebay , anyway you see theres double buttons on the screen shots) in the total sale amount.
I can upload any part ,but i gave like 50 at least.so since they admit , Its not that necesseray unless it can either help someone ,or maybe get an explanatiin.
But anyone has thought on what should i do.next ? when i went to my account saying to myself i would pay, even if they admitted , in order to get back to where i left ... And be confident ,incompetence rules and it says I how 4hundred and something , nit the 2 hundred i was tol ld i letter from end of january 2021,.
And anyway , the total add up to 0.
and it says please pay 0.00 to get tour account in standing...
