What's wrong with the Feedback page?

I'm trying to leave positive feedback for a purchase and there is no submit button after I click positive, write details and click the stars. There is no way to submit the feedback to the seller. I messaged him and let him know what was going on so he didn't think I didn't leave feedback. Anyone else having this problem?

Try using a browser to leave feedback instead of the app.
