Yesterday eBay Live Chat worked perfectly, today the only option I have is to "Ask the community". I can't contact eBay neither by phone, nor trough live chat or email! Is this something new? What happens now that I can't contact Customer Support in any way? Does somebody have a clue?

Actually, asking the community of experienced mentors is a good option. You are registered on the US site which does not have Live Chat.

Another option: You can use a free long distance calling service, such as Skype (http://bit.ly/1KrDB8H) or Google Voice (http://bit.ly/1hceFDS). A member can create an account at no cost. There may be charges from your carrier so check that.

Thank you for your response, but this is not what I am looking for. Actually I am talking about the UK site live chat. I am aware ebay.com doesn't have live chat option. Also, there is not an option to call or send an email. So I can't contact ebay customer support trough the site.

Are you aware you registered on the US site? You are presently on the US site.
You are on the US site and need to log off this site..
Then Go here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/ to log back into the UK site.

Just tried this. The options are just not there. I am aware I am registered on the US site.
