Weekly Chat Useless

The weekly Chat today that started at 3:00 was supposed to be about technical issues in seller hub and item specifics. I posted a legit question twice about eBay invoice glitch. No reply. It appears that this chat was for Clothing Sellers only. What a waste of time. Completely useless.

It was completely useless for all sellers.

clothing and shoes sellers also

I can not believe that after all of the glitches over the years..  ebay doesn't have a rollback feature.

A case could be made, that by not having a rollback feature they are grossly negligent.  I mean .. the item specifics are so broken right now,, they can't be fixed.. you can't fix bad data.. you've got to start fresh.

 

What are sellers supposed to do.. I'm afraid if I edit my listings that ebay will have some fix that disregards the listings that have been adjusted.  If I don't adjust them. My listings aren't showing up in searches where they should. they are being excluded from the listings included when a buyer uses the left hand filters. 

 

Ebay needs to give every single seller in an affected category at a minimum 3 months of free store fees.. 

 

this  mess up is having just as much if not more impact on sellers than any hurricane or flood . during harvey, I believe ebay extended 3 months free store fees.

You are 100% correct. I sat in on the chat and only saw answers for the clothing sellers and those answers more or less were the same only with different words. All in all, "We are still working on it". There is a solution: HIRE an IT company that can get things done. Every time this IT department does something, something else is screwed up.

 

There are too many things that are screwed up and I personally feel that they have no clue on how or try to fix it.

 

Yes, I saw your questions and not one response from the "intelligent" (?) people from eBay. It looked like they only wanted to answer questions from the clothing sellers.

 

eBay fix this system or you are going to drive your customers ( Us Sellers) away. With sales so slow, I think they have already driven a lot of buyers away with all of the glitches.

You were answered even though your issue wasn't related to item specifics and seller hub issues.
