WHY are you trying to redesign the software on the eBay website? EVERY TIME that you do this, the software becomes less user friendly than it was before. Right now, for the first two weeks in June of 2018, NO links are working as before: Ended listings may not be accessed; "view similar items" brings up nothing that is similar; items may not be added to lists or deleted from lists; every other link attempted brings up only a "Sorry something went wrong" message. I could go on for pages regarding all the software functions now on the eBay website which are NOT working. What matters is why you are making these changes if your engineers are too incompetent to make the website work as before? Why "fix" something that was NOT "broken" to begin with. Is there any link for users to access in order to use the old eBay software, or software which used to work? IF these glitches are not removed, I am leaving eBay forever. No one has enough time in their life to spend hours just trying to make the software on an Internet website work!
