Hello, I noticed an issue with the eBay mobile site (possibly desktop site as well) this morning that has been going on all day. Sometimes there is a gap where it seemed to stop, then went back to doing this every 1-2 minutes or even a few seconds. The issue is that text from within the many listings I checked disappears and then reappears. Two areas I noticed that keep changing are under the item's condition and the eBay item number. Example under item specifics:
"Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is full....."
OR
"Seller refurbished: An item that has been restored to working order...."
In this case, everything after the words "Used" or "Seller refurbished" disappears...i.e. the definition of what the condition means disappears, then reappears after a few seconds or mins.
Another example under item specifics:
"eBay Item Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" turns into "Item Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" then the text "eBay" reappears after a few seconds or mins.
I wanted to bring this to the website tech team's attention because it might be a symptom of a bigger problem and could be impacting other parts of many or all listings. Hope you guys can fix it. Thanks for reading.
