Waiting for shipping refund

Its been more than 2 weeks an I haven't received my shipping refund from Ebay.

I ordered then canceled a shipping lable. Who can you contact at this headless company when their automated system fails?

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 28 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

I canceled on Jul 26, 2024 06:18am. I haven't heard from Ebay since. The customer is now returning the product because I'm not refunding him part of the shipping payment. I told him that I was waiting for Ebay to send me what he spent in shipping $127, but he didn't want to wait. So he lied to Ebay and said that the description didn't match what I sent. So Ebay sent him a shipping lable so he can return it.  And I'm out $90 shipping it to him. This headless company concept sucks. Not a single person to talk to, what a dumb business model.

No need to contact anyone.

If you voided the label, it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

If it's been two weeks, you have another week or two to go.
