WEBSITE CRASHES

I spent the majority of yesterday trying to accept or decline offer.  I was NEVER able to respond. Every time I clicked "respond to offer" the screen freezes, times out, or eBay message appears "sorry it's not you it's us".

What browser are you using? Have you tried another?

 

If you are able to respond to offers using another browser, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in your original browser.

Cleared Cache on all browsers ... We have 2 stores so I use two separate browsers anyways ~ 

Took me over 24hrs and 30 refreshes just to respond to 2 offers.
