Void postage cause scan form error

Since early Feb 2022, this has been ongoing problem. Reported but still not solved yet by ebay technical support.

When we bought postages and voided 1 or 2 postages, scan form couldn't be generated.

It showed square box with sad face.....Bulk label printing error.....Error generating scan form.

Only happen when there's a void postage.

In my experience when bulk shipping labels are printed and a scan form is generated, if one the shipping labels is voided you do not get a refund for that voided label. That is one of the downsides of scan forms, since you lose the shipping you paid for the voided label

So it may be to your advantage that the scan form did not print since once the USPS scans the scan form you are locked into payment for all the included shipping labels.
